  This kitchen knife is Japanese-style one, it is produced by Meister ITSUO DOI, who have been inherited the secret skill for three generations. It is SAKAI UCHI HAMONO's true value that utilize  Yasuki Aogami No.2 which is excellent durability and sharpness. This kitchen knife that is elaborated by handmade can use for any foodstuffs without choosing, for example, meats, fishes, vegetables.

※As it is a handmade kitchen knife, there are some differences. 

Note:
 Aogami is not rust resistance. This steel gets rust. Please wash, wipe and dry it up well after use. In case rust appears on the edge, remove it by a sharpening stone. In case rust appears on the blade, use cleanser(in case of stainless steel) or scourer(in case of iron steel). (scratch may appear)


  This knives are made by craftsmen, there are scratches and dent and so on.  Almost Japanese knives are thin blade. Don't twist edge, and don't cut and hit frozen foods or bones, the edge will be chipped or broken.
